While Ms Esther was a dear friend of my mother's, she became a second mother to me. Always with a smile and encouragement. She touched many lives with her loving spirit. I believe she is celebrating in heaven with my mother even now.f

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Please be comforted by Revelation 21:4 that reads; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more. Neither will mourning, outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things has passed away."

Our thoughts and prayers are with Esther and all of her loved ones. Esther will always be remembered as someone who made everyone in her path want to follow her example as an incredibly kind and loving human being. We are grateful that she is at peace.

I knew Esther,& her family, when her family lived next door to my grandparents, Angie & Wiley Mitchell, on Barnwell St. Esther was 5 yrs older & she could come over and play with me. Even after the Harvels moved we still stayed in touch. Unfortunately over the years we lost touch but I thought of her often. Esther was a party of my Wedding party in 1951. Esther was a wonderful person and will surely be missed.
