Family & Friends of Ken Odom, Sr., The memories I have of Ken Odom are fond ones. He was a loving generous soul, and lived his life as we all should, "Like tomorrow may never come". My deepest condolences goes out to his loved ones in their time of grieving. I would like them to know that a simple smile, or a courteous hello to a neighbor go a long way in a world where most have forgotten how important a simple gesture can be. He impacted my life in that very simple way, and reminded me that I should be the same. Thank you Kenny for that gesture. I will be sure to pay it forward. I will miss sitting on my mom's porch where I could hear you play guitar and loud country music. Rest in Peace in God's arms Angel.

Our prayers go out to the family and friends of Kenny. He will be missed here on earth by many of us. I thank God for allowing me to know Kenny for over twenty years. Whether it was working on fire trucks or standing around talking, he always brought out the smiles and laughter from me and other people around him. Give him a guitar and he could make it come alive. His musical talent was something people dreamed of having. Now he can sit around and pick his guitar with Ol' Marty, Hank & Lefty like the country song "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes" says.

I will miss ya nephew, I played guitar with ya for close to 20 years, about 16. In that day we had some great guitar pickin' times which I will never forget. The cook-outs and horse tradin', all memories I will take with me when I join ya. I know that many people don't know me, but that's ok, you did and you always accepted me as your uncle and called me "Rev". Until I join ya and we can play in eternity... Your Nephew, "Rev".

Dear Family & Friends of Kenneth D. Odom, Sr., Although we did not personally know Mr. Odom we were certainly sorry to learn of his unfortunate death. And while we do not know exactly how you feel, God surely knows accurately how you feel. Therefore, His word promises that he will lovingly forever eliminate death. Good news indeed! (1 John 4:8, Isa. 25:8, Rev. 21:3,4, John 5:28, 29) For now though, we naturally mourn the death of someone that we love because God did not create humans to die. Death is not natural because the bible stated at Geneses 1:27 " In God's image He made man". God lives forever. Since we were created in His image, we too were created to live forever. You may ask: 'Then, why do people die if it was not in God's original purpose?' The answer is -any defects in humans including death is as a result of human imperfection. (Deuteronomy 32:4) How is that, you may ask? Do you remember the account in Genesis when God told our first perfect human parents, Adam & Eve to be obedient and not eat from nor touch a certain tree in The Garden of Eden? They sinned by disobeying, passing on sin to us. Thus, death spread to ALL men as if we ALL had sinned says Romans 5:12. Will this continue forever? No. For death is an enemy says the bible and all of God's enemies WILL be brought to nothing! (1 Cor 15:26).Rejoice because that truly is good news! Thanks for reading this message. Please share it with other grieving family members & friends. It is our hope that you've found comfort in God's promises today
