I'm still trying to get through each day, one day at a time, from losing my Mom. I will keep you all in my prayers.. Prayfully, Joye Williamson Taylor

I didn't know Gaynelle, but it never seams fair. I'm so sorry for your loss. That loss can seam unbearable. so people try to "comfort" us by saying, "you'll see your loved one in heaven," but that means we have to die too! In John 11:20-27, It's interesting what happened when Jesus met Martha, the sister of Lazarus, who had died. To comfort Martha, Jesus reminded her of the resurrection, which she believed. Jesus never said Lazarus was with His father in heaven, or that she would see him there! Martha didn't know Jesus was planning to resurrect Lazarus THAT day, but that's exactly what he did! He promised her she would see Lazarus again on earth! That's what he did and what He promises us!!
Earlier that day, In John 11:11-15, Jesus likened death to sleep. We know when we go to sleep we wake up. Death is a sleep we can wake up from, but it will be at the call of Jesus. That ties in with what is said in Acts 24:15 where it says "there is going to be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous.". So, according to the Bible, and what Jesus said, Gaynelle will be returned, in good health, to the earth. I hope that thought brings you comfort. If you have questions, feel free to contact me.

I have such wonderful memories of Ms Gaynelle. She always seemed jolly and had a smile on her face. She was so faithful to attend regular church, revivals, special meetings and travel to other churches, just to be supportive and get all The Lord had for her. But as we all KNOW she was KNOWN for her praying, prayers, prayer life, etc. In church or out. I will miss just know she is here praying for us. All you family members and friends are in my thoughts and prayers!

To the Branch family:
How does one fill the void when a prayer -warrior like Gaynelle Branch goes to be with her Lord? It's hard to imagine the countless hours she spent "standing in the gap" for members of her family and church family, neighbors and anyone, who it was brought to her attention needed prayers. I have no doubt that many of her prayers are yet stored up to be answered in God's timing. Scriptures tell us that we can store up treasures in heaven. Ms. Gaynelle has surely found many treasures awaiting her. May God comfort you, her family and friends with an image of her being able to personally love on her Lord and Savior.
