Obituary of Johnny Perry

Johnny Arlo Perry WEST COLUMBIA: Services for Johnny Arlo Perry, 64, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 23, 2011, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m., prior to service at the funeral home. Mr. Perry passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011, in his home in West Columbia, after battling cancer. Born July 4, 1947, in Columbia, SC, he was the son of Marie Perry and the late Arlo Perry. He fought in the Vietnam War in the late 60's. Johnny was retired from Gregg Construction and enjoyed hunting, and fishing in his spare time. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Perry; mother, Marie Perry; sister, Phyllis P.
