Obituary of Kathleen Boyles

A funeral service celebrating the life and legacy of Kathleen Gantt Boyles, 83, of West Columbia will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening at the funeral home. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements Mrs. Boyles departed this earthly life on Saturday, April 30, 2011. She was born on January 18, 1928 in Columbia, SC to Wilbur Wardlaw Gantt and Bertha Lee Kinlaw Gantt. Kathleen was a member of the First Church of God. Mrs. Boyles was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Dewey Belton Boyles, Jr. and a sister, Ruby McIntyre. Surviving are her loving daughter, Sharon (Gene) Reynolds; 3 grandchildren, Scott (Lori) Reynolds, Angela Reynolds, and Jason (Mandy) Reynolds; 1 great grandchild, Corey Reynolds; nieces, Sandra Martin, Susan Stoms and their families.
