Obituary of Grady Branham

Grady B. Branham Columbia—A graveside service for Grady B. Branham, 76, of Columbia, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2011 in Elmwood Cemetery with military honors. Officiating will be Rev. Curtis Cameron. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Monday evening at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia and all other times at the residence. In his honor memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 520 Gervais Street, Ste. 300, Columbia, SC 29201. Mr. Branham, beloved husband of Alice Corena Cameron Branham, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011. Born in Elgin, he was the son of the late Allen Branham and Mary Albert Branham. He was a lifetime area resident and a member of Southside Baptist Church. He had worked for Halls Garage and Gardner Paint & Body for many years. Surviving in addition to his wife, Corena Branham, daughter, Sherril Branham both of Columbia; grandson, Archie L. Hagins III (Jennifer) of Columbia and two great-grandchildren, Joscelyn Brooks Hagins and Cameron Noah Hagins; sister, Irene Stockman of Elgin.
