Obituary of EUDENE CAULEY

A funeral service celebrating the life of Eudene Winford Cauley, Sr., 79, of Columbia, will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2011 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday evening at the funeral home. Reverend Louie McDonald will be officiating. Memorials may be sent in Winford?s memory to Rosewood Baptist Church, 2901 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, S.C. 29205. The family has entrusted Greenlawn Funeral Home with the arrangements. Mr. Cauley passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. He was born in Jesup, GA to the late William Isaac Cauley and Minnie Ethel Johns Cauley. Mr. Cauley was a devoted member of Rosewood Baptist Church. He retired from SCE&G after 25 years of service. Surviving are his loving children, Catherine Cauley (Robert) Sayre of Charlotte, NC, Dene (Lynette) Cauley of Irmo, SC, Lori Cauley (Tom) Finigan of Walterboro, SC; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great, great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Hazel Cooke Cauley.
