Obituary of Ophelia Santos

Graveside services for Ophelia Santos, 88, of Columbia, will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Greenlawn Memorial Park Serenity Gardens, Windwan Drive Columbia, SC 29209. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday evening at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 845 Leesburg Road Columbia, SC 29209. Mrs. Santos passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2011. She was born April 14, 1923 in Laredo, TX to the late Moises and Marta DeLuna. Surviving are her loving husband, Ernest Santos Jr.; daughters, Norma King and Martha McCall; son, Ernest Santos III; three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Odelia Rodriguez; and two brothers, Leo DeLuna and Rudy DeLuna. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Palmetto Health Hospice for the loving care they provided to Mrs. Santos.
