Obituary of Delores Futral

Delores Robison Futral CAYCE: Graveside service for Delores Futral, 71, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday October 28, 2011, at Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday evening at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 1817 Gadsden St., Columbia, SC 29201 or to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210. Mrs. Futral passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Born in Stirrat, WV, she was the daughter of the late George Robison and Emma Kennedy Robison. She was a loving wife, adoring grandmother, avid gardener and friend to all with an infectious sense of humor. She will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, children, siblings and camping buddies. Survivors are her husband, William Allan Futral of Cayce; daughter, Pam Wilbur of West Columbia; sons, David Futral (Sharon) of Lexington, Gary Futral (Laura) of Houston, TX, Joe Futral (Jude) of Atlanta, GA and Mike Wilbur (Kathy) of Columbia; sisters, Bert Rivera (John) of Lexington, Helen Goff of Falls Church, VA and Louise Hawkins (James) of Sarah Ann, WV; brothers, Ike Robison (Jenny) of Gaston and Floyd Robison of Eastover; 13 grandchildren, Ryan Futral (Casey), Chris Futral, Danielle Stephenson (Jason), Daphnie Smith (Austin), Joanna Futral, Mary Wilbur, Sarah Wilbur, Joseph Wilbur and Peter Wilbur, Jeremy Futral, Jessica Futral, Summer Futral and Wendy Futral; 3 great grandchildren, Kaylin Futral, McKenzie Stephenson and "Peanut" Smith.
