Obituary of Caroline Walton

WEST COLUMBIA—A memorial service for Caroline C. Walton, 83, of West Columbia, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Mrs. Walton passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012. Born in Saluda, she was the daughter of the late Henry A. Crawford and Virginia Eliza Davis Crawford. She retired from Bank of America after many years of loyal service. Surviving are her son, John Walton (Lisa) of Ft. Mill; sister, Virginia Parrott of Columbia; beloved nephews, Robert and William Parrott. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Luther Walton, Sylvester Flerx and Dale Beale.
