Obituary of Margie Seigler

A graveside service celebrating the life of Margie Jacob Seigler, 89, of Columbia, SC will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2012 in Greenlawn Memorial Park with Pastor Steven Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon at Greenlawn Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charity of one?s choice in Margie?s memory. Mrs. Seigler departed this earthly life on Thursday, April 12, 2012. She was born in Columbia, SC to the late Julius Jacob and Emma Elizabeth Glover Jacob. Mrs. Seigler retired from Sunshine Laundry and Cleaners after 30 years of dedicated service. Surviving are her loving husband of 68 years, Grover W. Seigler, Sr.; her loving son and daughter-in-law, Grover and Ann Seigler; two grandchildren, Tracie Seigler and Vicki Brown and her husband, Chris Brown; three great-grandchildren, Caitlin Brown, Madison Brown, and Raygan Brown; her pet Chihuahua and cuddle buddy, Rita; a host of other loving relatives and friends that will miss her dearly. Special appreciation is extended to Regency Hospice for their care and compassion during the illness of our loved one, Margie Jacob Seigler.
