Obituary of Sarah Duncan

WEST COLUMBIA: Funeral service for Sarah Morgan Duncan, 88, will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2012, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Pastor Brad Davis and Pastor Bob Causey. Interment will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3 until 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Duncan passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012. Born in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Edgar H. Morgan and Lois Kinard Morgan. She attended Crossroads World Outreach Center and West Columbia Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Duncan was retired from Pet Dairy. Survivors include her loving husband, C.A. Duncan of West Columbia; daughters, Debra D. Steele (Mickey) of West Columbia and Cynthia D. Parfitt (Vaughn) of Anderson; son, Donald A. Duncan of West Columbia; sisters, Betty McWhite (Bill) of Simpsonville and Ruth McWhite (J.C.) of Powdersville; grandson, Morgan McCarthy Parfitt of The Citadel, Charleston, SC.
