Obituary of Leone Morris

Leone T. Morris, 90, of Columbia died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at White Oak Manor, in Columbia SC. Born Saturday, January 21, 1922 in New Zealand, Mrs. Morris was the daughter of the late William and Ivy Tyson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her husband, with whom she shared a devoted and blessed union of more than 46 years, Roy H. Morris. She is survived by twin sons, William and Wayne Morris; grandson, Ty Morris; granddaughter, Heather Morris; brother, Paul Tyson; as well as a number of relatives still living in New Zealand. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 P.M. (Noon), on Thursday, November 8, 2012, in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209, with Rev./Dr. Terry Cagle officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home, Columbia.
