Obituary of Brittany Morgan Powell

A celebration of life service for Brittany Morgan Powell, 23, of Columbia will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2013 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Reese Byrd officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Serenity Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m. Sunday evening at Greenlawn Funeral Home. Powell, Jr. and Teresa Phillips Powell. Brittany was a 2008 graduate of Spring Valley High School and she had attended Midlands Technical College. She had a great love for music, writing stories, and art, but most of all she enjoyed being a loving mother to her baby girl, Autumn. Brittany was predeceased by her grandparents, Jackie Phillips and William H. Powell. Those left to cherish her precious memories are her loving daughter, baby girl Autumn Lillian Crumpton; her parents, William H. and Teresa Powell, Jr.; her sister, Heather Berridge; a niece, Summer-Anne Berridge; her fiancé' Alex Crumpton; her paternal grandmother, Wilma Graham Powell; her maternal grandfather, Cecil Phillips; a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
