Obituary of Joseph Price

WEST COLUMBIA: Funeral services for Joseph Aaron Price, 82, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2013, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Reverend Steve Kittrell. Interment will follow in Southland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Price passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013. Born in Lexington County, SC, he was a son of the late Henry Samuel Brooks Price and Beulah Elizabeth Boatwright Price. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his daughters, Lisa Baken (Todd) of Norfolk, VA and Joye Price of Atlanta, GA; sons, Mike Price (Rita) and Danny Price (Julie) all of West Columbia; sister, Linnie Williams of Albany, GA; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Mr. Price was preceded in death by son, Ashley Lee Price and wife, Mary Louise Gardner Price.
