Obituary of Robert Han Kim

Columbia: A funeral service for Robert Han Kim, 59, of Columbia will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2013 in Greenlawn Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a memorial service from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening at Greenlawn Funeral Home. Mr. Kim departed this earthly life on Monday, February 25, 2013. He was born in Ichon, South Korea to Sae Yung Kim and the late Chi Chin Kim. Robert was a member of the Korean Methodist Church of Columbia, the past president of Korean Association of Columbia, and Korean Golf Association of Columbia. Robert was predeceased by his father, Chi Chin Kim; his brother, Duk Han Kim; and his brother-in-law Chung M. Kim. Robert is survived by a daughter, Diane K. Wilde (Jason) of Fletcher, NC and a son, Tony D. Kim (Alison) of Cumming, GA; his mother, Sae Yung Kim; his sisters, Oak H. Kim, Mary H. Reese (Lloyd), Kyung H. Lee (Jung Song), Pok H. Kim (Young Sul); his brothers, Ung Han Kim (Ip P.) and Thomas Han Kim (Connie); five grandchildren, Caitlyn, Emma, Jacob, Reagan, and Lucy; a sister-in-law, Yae H. Kim; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews; other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
