Obituary of Billy Outlaw

POPULAR CREEK: Funeral services for Billy Ray "Booger" Outlaw, Jr., 55, of Popular Creek, Calhoun County, SC, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Joiner, William Willis, Ted Hawk, Jerry Jeffcoat, Robert Hawk and Kim Prickette. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday evening in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Pets, Inc., P.O. Box 6394, West Columbia, SC 29171. Mr. Outlaw died Thursday evening, March 7, 2013 at his home. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of Billy Ray Outlaw, Sr., and Patricia J. Stanley. He was a long distance truck driver and loved to fish and hunt. Survivors include: his parents Patricia Stanley of West Columbia and Billy Ray Outlaw, Sr., of St. Matthews; brother, Whitey Michael Outlaw of St. Matthews; two daughters, Patricia M. Outlaw and Michelle B. Outlaw Willis; son, Robert Ray Outlaw all of West Columbia; two grandchildren, Tyler and Corbin Willis of Swansea.
