Obituary of Pauline Fallaw

WEST COLUMBIA—Funeral services for Pauline B. Fallaw, 89, of West Columbia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Clint Lawyer. Burial will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice. Mrs. Fallaw, beloved wife of the late John D. Fallaw, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013. Born in Lexington County, she was the daughter of the late Martin Luther Bachman and Lena Edith Ricard Bachman. She was a longtime member of West Side Baptist Church and a member of the Camellia Society. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. Surviving are her daughter, Karla Kyzer (Tim) of West Columbia; sons, Clark Fallaw (Camille) of Columbia and Bert Fallaw (Melodie) of Sandy Run; grandchildren, Bryan Fallaw, Kaelee Kyzer, and Mandy DeMar. She was preceded in death by her husband and two brothers and nine sisters.
