Obituary of Albert Clonts
CHAPIN: Funeral service for Albert Brown Clonts, 84, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Reverend Ed Lynch. Private interment will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heritage at Lowman Home, 2101 Dutch Fork Rd., White Rock, SC 29177.
Mr. Clonts passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Born in Paulding County, GA, he was a son of the late Glenn C. Clonts and Mertie A. Meadows Clonts. He was a member of Broad Acres Baptist Church. Mr. Clonts was a retired truck driver; and he loved yard work and gardening.
Survivors include his sons, Bruce Clonts and Berry Clonts (Mary Claire) all of Lexington; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty A. Clonts; and children, Paul Edward Clonts, Cindy Annette Fisher and Rodney Keith Clonts.
