A. Thompson posted a condolence
Tuesday, January 7, 2014
I've never had the pleasure of meeting your family but I hope you will accept my condolences. I imagine you may feel that the pain of losing a loved one is so deep that it will never go away. Yet many have found it helpful to pour out their feelings to God in prayer. The Bible assures us: "Throw your burden upon Jehovah himself, and he himself will sustain you." (Psalm 55:22) He can give you the courage and the strength to cope. So never underestimate the power of prayer.

I remember when Thelma and Alice lived on Giradeau Ave just up the street from my cousin, Ken Minasian. What sweet lady she was. My condolences to the family. Sincerely, Randy Jones

Ann Dawson, Columbia Twirlers President posted a condolence
Thursday, January 2, 2014
Thelma was a square dance friend and a member of the Columbia Twirlers for many years. She was a quiet lady who was very nice to be with in a square of eight friends. I was pleased to be able to visit with her at Laurel Crest when our church's senior choir sang there for the residents also. Our sympathy is with the family and friends of this dear friend. Columbia Twirlers -Ann Dawson, President
