Obituary of Eugenia Livingston Fuson

Cayce—Funeral services for Eugenia Livingston Fuson, 96, of Cayce, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church. Reverend Wade Roof will officiate. Burial will follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. Pallearers will be Henry Herlong, Dave Amick, Hank Meetze, Roger Hill, Rusty Furtick, Richard Stabler, Alvin Haigler and Harry Furtick. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Ladies' Aid Society of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church and the "Scatter Cheer" Sunday School Class. The family will greet friends from 1:00 -2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, 200 State Street, West Columbia, SC 29169 will assist the family. Mrs. Fuson, beloved wife of 28 years to the late Gus Edward Fuson, Sr., passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2014. Born in Sandy Run Community, she was a daughter of the late Robert Elford Livingston and Emma Mueller Livingston. She was a 60 year member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church and enjoyed traveling with her church groups. She also enjoyed cooking and caring for her family and was an avid Gamecock football and baseball fan. Surviving are her sons, Gus Edward "Ed" Fuson, Jr. (Grace) and David Eugene Fuson all of Cayce, and a large and loving extended family. She was preceded in death by sisters, Lavinia Hill, Sara Furick and Lucie Herlong; brothers, Gerhard and Henry Livingston. Memorials may be made to Mt.
