Obituary of Julianne Monek-Mosele

COLUMBIA—Funeral service for Julianne Monek-Mosele, 46, of Columbia, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2014 at the Mausoleum Chapel at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Reverend Barry Gray will officiate. Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209 is assisting the family. Mrs. Monek-Mosele, beloved wife of 13 years to Michael P. Mosele, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Born in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of Richard Monek and the late Rose Magrino Monek. She was a member of Shandon Baptist Church. Julianne in childhood was a cancer survivor and formerly worked in the Health and Fitness Industry. She was a graduate of Fordham University. Surviving are her husband, Michael P. Mosele and her father, Richard Monek; two family pets, Abby and Oscar, her beloved dogs and Rudy, the cat. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
