Obituary of Fay Janette Christley

WEST COLUMBIA—A visitation for Fay Janette Williams Christley, 77, of West Columbia, will be held from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church, 823 Jackson Street, West Columbia, SC 29169. Funeral service with burial to follow will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church Campground, 301 Jericho Road, Perry, GA 31030. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Road, Lexington, SC 29073 is assisting the family. Mrs. Christley passed away on Friday, May 2, 2014. Born in Jacksonville, FL, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Sidney Williams and Lottie Vest Williams. She was a member of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church in West Columbia and was a retired nurse from Lexington Medical Center. Surviving are her sons, Steve Christley (Karen) of Wilmington, NC and Chad Christley (Julie) of West Columbia, SC; daughter, Karen Bonner (Danny) of Atlanta, GA; daughter-in-law, Terry Jenkins Christley of Lexington; grandchildren, Amy Christley, Stephen Christley II, Alex Christley, Nikki Christley, Dylan Christley, Connor Christley, Eric Senn, Daniel Bonner and Wyatt Bonner. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Donnie Earl Christley and sons, Donnie Earl Christley, Jr. and Randy Christley.
