Carlos was one of the coolest Quality Managers out of the bunch. His stories of lessons learned were not just entertaining, but insightful. You will be missed Carlos!

Just to set the record straight Carlos was not an employee of the state of Illinois, but a proud federal government civilian employee working for the DoD (Department of the Army). As his team lead for a couple of years I witnessed on a daily basis the pride he took in performing his job duties as a senior Product Quality Manager for his assigned ammunition items. He was uncompromising in his efforts to ensure that the ammunition being provided to our Warfighters was of the highest quality. Although I considered him to be a friend I now regret that I did get to know him on a more personal level. He will be sorely missed.

Tim, Tina, and Crystal, I am so sorry for the loss of your father. We will miss him very much at JMC - it was a joy to work with a man like him. He took such pride in his work and made great contributions to assure the readiness and safety of our warfighters. We will especially miss all the laughs we shared with him, as you can well imagine! We are grateful to have had him on our team.
