Obituary of Anita Lynn Gardner Jannotta

COLUMBIA- A celebration honoring the life of Anita, 69, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at St. Peter's Catholic Church with a reception following. Father Gary S. Linsky is officiating. A graduate of USC, she was a Graphic Artist. She was an avid reader and supporter of the arts and music. She also lived in Albuquerque, Boston, Austria, and Germany. She is preceded in death by her father Edward Olin Gardner and survived and cherished by her mother, Rosalind Pruette Gardner, her beloved son, Dorin Jannotta and two sisters, Rosalind Funk, Melba Davis and her husband, Randy , also nieces and nephews, Michelle Davis, Byron Davis, Charles Funk, and Cecelia Funk. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of the Library honoring her name would be appreciated. Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, 200 State Street, West Columbia, SC 29169 is assisting the family.
