Obituary of Cathryn Cooley Anderson

COLUMBIA-A graveside service for Cathryn Cooley Anderson, 96, will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Serenity Gardens on Monday, May 26. 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Mark Bredholt will officiate. The family will greet friends following the service. Mrs. Anderson died on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Born in Marlboro, NY on February 14, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Harry B. and Elizabeth McElrath Cooley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard W. Anderson and two brothers and a sister. Surviving is a daughter, Ilene (Pete) Buckles and a son, Jay (Nancy) Anderson. She had two grandchildren, Dana B. Peele and Jason C. Anderson and one great-grandchild, Miller J. Peele. Special thanks goes to, Angie Graham and Regency Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
