Obituary of Hattie M. Brown

Hattie M. Brown, 88, passed away June 26, 2014 at Timber Ridge Nursing Facility in Ocala, Florida. She was born on November 3, 1925. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (James) Cole, grandson, Joseph E. Brown III, sister, Billie (Thomas) Carter, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Joseph E. Brown, son Joseph E. Brown; brothers Vance, Morrison, and James; sisters, Deloris, Gwendolyn, and Beatrice. A memorial service will be held at State Street Baptist Church, 1420 State Street, Cayce, S.C. 29033 on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2 P.M. A private burial will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
