Obituary of Charlotte Eule Branham

Columbia - Charlotte "Lottel" Eule Branham, 90, of Columbia, entered into rest, August 19, 2014 at Providence Hospital. Born August 24, 1923 in Bresslau, Germany she was a daughter of the late, Karl and Elfriede (Vogel) Eule. In April of 1950, Mrs. Branham arrived to the United States through Ellis Island. In 1951 she made South Carolina her home, settling in Columbia. In addition to her family, among her loves were her home in North Myrtle Beach, the Atlanta Braves and the USC Gamecocks. She was preceded in death by her son, James "Jimmy" Miller; and a sister, Elizabeth "Liesel" Hartmann. Mrs. Branham is survived by her daughters, Peggy Miller Lawrence (Joe) and Theresia Miller; grandchildren, Michael Chandler (Nathalia), Monica Chandler, Toney Breen (Karen), Renee Breen, Rick Simmons (Peggy), James, Kevin and Michael Miller; sisters living in Germany, Hanna Ebert (Martin), Hilde Schutze; very special friends, Jamie and Penny Spell, Alice Montano and Danny Boan, and Cy Szakacsi; as well as several great grandchildren and many other family members in Germany.
