Obituary of Judy Lynn Joiner

Judy Lynn (Odom) Joiner passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014 in Bradenton, FL. She was born on February 2, 1963 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Henry Odom and Joyce Odom. Judy touched lives in many places throughout her life but settled primarily in Florida to be with her two sons, DJ and Josh Joiner. She had a passion for anything that had to do with her family. Along with her two sons, Judy is survived by her mother, Joyce Odom, sisters, Karen Odom and Susan Catt, brother, Johnny Odom, many nieces and nephews, and two granddaughters, Jaelyn and Peyton Joiner. She is also survived by numerous friends who came to knew her as a second mom. She is welcomed into her eternal rest by her sister JoAnn McDaniel, her father Henry Odom and more than likely a cat named Bilbo Joiner. Her smile, love, and giving heart will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will receive friends for Ms. Joiner from 10 am to 12:00 pm on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Graveside service will follow at 2:00pm in Celestial Memorial Gardens in West Columbia.
