Obituary of Elsie Fouche

Springdale - A Graveside service for Elsie Fouche, 83, of Springdale, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, South Carolina with Pastor Carol Hurley officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Mrs. Fouche was born on August 10, 1931 to the late Charlie Oliver Williams, Sr. and Rosa Lee Byers Williams in Cayce, South Carolina. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and grandmother. In addition to her parents she was deceased by her son, Jack Dantzler; sister, Mary Lee Shaw; and 4 brothers, Charles, Bobby, James and Fred Williams. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Fouche; sons, Bobby Dantzler (Elizabeth) of Irmo, Roy Dantzler (Renee) of Gaston, Randy Fouche (Linda) of Pembroke Pines, Florida and John Fouche (Cheryl) of Pelion; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; sisters, Patsy Waldrop of Springdale and Ruth Louise Wise of Lexington.
