Obituary of Jackie Ringo Branson

A memorial service for Jackie Ringo Branson, 59, of Cayce, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 5, 2014 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. Family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Ms. Branson died Wednesday, October 1, 2014. She was born in Dermont, Arkansas to the late Lamar F. and Gertrude Crosby Ringo. She retired from Richland County Tax Commission and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are her two daughters, Jessica Branson Turner (Corley) and Jennifer Branson; one brother, Marion Ringo; two sisters, Carol Russell and Debbie Hall; three grandchildren, Layne, Camryn, and Spencer Turner; and loved by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Tommy Ringo; and three sisters, Sharon Krell, Mable Branham and Lynn Ringo.
