Obituary of William Taylor Edgerton

William Taylor Edgerton, age 65 of Charleston, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at home after suffering a stroke in May. William attended AC Flora High School before attending Baptist College of Charleston where he went on a partial golf scholarship. He also served in the Army Reserves as a medic. William was a former member of Forest Lake Country Club. He was also a former member of St. Martins-In-The-Fields where his parents were charter members. William is survived by his wife of 15 years, Debbie Chapman Edgerton, his daughter Corrie Patrick and her husband Matt and grandson Xander. His step-daughter, Carolyn Hart and her husband Heath and granddaughter Kahlich. He was predeceased by his brother Richard W. Edgerton.
