Obituary of Olie Adams Farnam

Olie Adams Farnam Columbia, SC Olie Adams Farnam, wife of Thomas Curry Farnam (deceased), passed away peacefully on October 6, 2014. Mrs. Farnam was the daughter of the late Arthur Utley Adams and Ethel Jowitt Adams. Mrs. Farnam was a lifelong resident of Columbia SC until 2011 when she moved to Presbyterian Communities in Lexington, SC where she enjoyed spending time with her new friends in the latter years of her life. She was a lifelong member of Arsenal Hill Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where she received the Honorary Life Membership in Presbyterian Women. Mrs. Farnam is survived by a sister, Mildred Adams Martin of Clearwater, FL; nieces, Katherine Adams Lawson of Charlotte, NC; Nancy Martin Turner of Clearwater, FL; and Gail Easler Daniels of Saint Johns, FL; and a nephew, T A Easler of Lexington SC. She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur U. (Buddy) Adams, Jr. and two sisters, Margaret Adams Easler and Ethel Lee Haithcock. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Presbyterian Communities of SC, 700 Davega Drive, Lexington, SC. The family will receive friends after the service in the chapel parlor. A private burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Columbia, SC.
