Obituary of Helen Harmon

West Columbia: Helen Harmon, 89, of West Columbia, passed away November 22, 2014. She was born June 13, 1925 to the late Walker Lee and Ruby Hulon Shull. She was the owner of Mimosa Mobile Home Court of West Columbia for 46 years. She was married for 58 years to the late Earl Abrose Harmon who preceded her in death on November 17, 2001. She is survived by her son, Alan and daughter in law Gina; two granddaughters, Alina (Chris) Cook and Olivia (Taylor) Cotton; four great grandchildren, Zachary "Rocque" Harmon, Hailey Jordan, Kevin Cook, Thomas Jordan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church at 3 p.m with the burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday at the church from 1:45p.m. to 2:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
