Obituary of John West

Cayce - John West, 90, of Cayce passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015. He was born on February 29, 1924 to the late Grover and Maggie West. He is predeceased by two sisters, Betty Poston and Ester Wilburn; and his brother, Ned West. Surviving is his loving wife of 35 years, Janis Jeffcoat; step daughters, Debbie Mote, Ruth Ann Blake, Libby Hutto; one step son, Tim Lucas. Funeral services will be held at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia Chapel at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Dr. Pete Cassidy will be officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
