Obituary of Violet June Cole

North- Violet June Cole, 77, of North passed away February 24, 2015. She was born to the late Dalton and Mary Lee Reynolds. June attended North Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed singing in a gospel group for many years. She is survived by her husband, Robert Cole; two sons, Dennis Miller and Matthew Ard; two daughters, Pam M. Roach and Rebecca Ard Corley; four grandchildren, Amber Addy, Justin Miller, Brittany Elder and Kristen Ard; and three great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 12 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington Chapel with burial to follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday February 26, 2015 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3223 Sunset Blvd, Ste. 100, West Columbia, SC 29169.
