Obituary of Jack Setzer

Cayce- Jack Setzer, 78, of Cayce passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015. He was born on June 22, 1936 to the late Lawrence and Carrie Setzer. Jack, a navy veteran, worked over 50 years in the financial industry. He was a man of faith and family that never met a stranger and always made a friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Dianne McRee; his son, Tony (Kristin) Setzer; four granddaughters Madison, Sidney, Morgan and Cadence; and two brothers, Bobby (Gloria) and Jerry (Tommie). He was predeceased by his brother, Leonard Setzer. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 4 p.m. at Lexington United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday March 6, 2015 at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lexington UMC, 309 E.
