Obituary of Robert Bradley

Robert "Bobby B" Lewis Bradley, 73, of Hopkins, South Carolina passed away March 16, 2015. He was born on January 18, 1942 in Meadville, Pennsylvania to the late Elwood and Marian (Unger) Bradley. A proud US Army Veteran, Bob was a 24 year career soldier, achieving the rank of Sergeant Major. Upon his retirement from the military, he served with the South Carolina State Housing Authority. Bob was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed his Mighty Pittsburgh Steelers, and South Carolina Gamecocks. Bob is survived by his daughter, Susan Steadman (Thomas) of Lexington, SC, and a son Alan Keith Bradley (Patricia) of Key West, Florida. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jon, Ben, Adam, Taylor, Jared, Sydnie, Dylan, Mason, and Ryder. Bob also leaves behind a brother; Kenneth Bradley (Patricia) of Holiday FL. Graveside services will be held at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia SC, 29229 on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 2 PM with full military honors. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 12 PM - 1 PM at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
