Obituary of Joyce Hall

Joyce "Jobie" Hall, 80, of Lexington, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015. She was born on June 27, 1934 to the late John and Vanie Lou Merritt. She is survived by her husband, James Heyward Hall; and son, James Glenn Hall both of Lexington. She is also survived by her brother, John C. "Dink" Merritt, Jr. (Linda); and sister-in-law, Shadie Merritt. Jobie had four grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, Buddy Merritt. A private memorial service will be held for her family. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family.
