Obituary of Bobbie Caroline Williams

Barbara Caroline Williams, 73, of West Columbia passed away at her residence on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Pastor Ed Lynch officiating. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Prosperity, SC. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She was born on May 19, 1941 in Newberry to the late Fred and Ophelia Livingston Dominick. She retired from Palmetto Health Baptist and currently worked at Thompson Funeral Home. She was a dedicated member of Airport Baptist Church and loved Gospel music. Bobbie is survived by her brother, Fred Dominick and his wife Merilyn of Locust Grove, GA; three nephews, Richard Carol Dominick, Stewart Lee Dominick and Sammy Smith; one great nephew, Parker Smith; two great nieces, Merilyn Janelle Dominick of Colorado Springs, CO and Heather Nichole Tolbert and her husband Richard of Foley, AL; cousin, Patsy Chappell of Newberry, close friends; Mary Ann Cassidy and children, Rose Hayden, and Freda Shealy, and neighbor Mike Williams.
