Obituary of Walton Thomas

Walton Thomas, 86, of Chapin, SC passed away Monday, March 23, 2015. He was born on August 11, 1928 in Chester, SC to the late Leslie Walter and Annie Mae Thomas. He was also predeceased by his wife, Ruby Butler Thomas. Walton was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from Sealtest foods. He is survived by his daughter, Cherie (Chuck) McDonald; son, Butch Thomas; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday March 25, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday March 26, 2015 at Chapin Baptist Church, 950 Old Lexington Highway Chapin. Burial will follow in Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road Lexington.
