Obituary of Andrew Luther Wooley

Andrew Luther Wooley, 89, of West Columbia passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015. He was born on December 2, 1925 to the late Eddie Walter and Ella Ridgle Warren Wooley. In addition to his parents, Andrew is predeceased by his wife, Shadie Elaine Lorick Wooley. He was a WWII Navy Veteran who served in the Pacific. He is survived by his four sons, Billy (Barbara), Jerry (Shirley), Henry (Kathy) and Eric (Junko) Wooley; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great great-grandchild. The family will receive friends at 12:00 p.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, 4238 Augusta Road, Lexington, on Friday, April 3, 2015. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will conclude in Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 W Dunbar Road West Columbia. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 4238 Augusta Road, Lexington.
