Obituary of Kenneth Leo Bouye

Kenneth "Ken" Leo Bouye, 46, of Columbia, entered into rest, Saturday, April 18, 2015 at home. He was born July 2, 1968 in Columbia, SC, a son of Rebecca Casselman Bouye and the late Gene W. Bouye, Sr. A graduate of A.C. Flora High School, Ken had also received his Associates Degree in Business Management from Midlands Technical College. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother. His laugh was extremely contagious. Ken was an Avid Clemson fan that never missed a chance to let you know that. He loved spending time with family and friends at the beach. He was employed by Herald Office Systems in Sales and the former manager of Willoughby's Deli and pub. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Heather Rae Bouye; daughter, Kayla L. Bouye; step sons, Bailey Robertson and Cole Carpenter; brothers, Wes Bouye and Scott Bouye & wife Christi; nephew, Kell Bouye; as well as numerous other close family members and friends. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 P.M., on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
