Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Ayoub

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Ayoub, 69, of Columbia, SC passed away peacefully on April 20, 2015. She was born in Columbia, SC to the late E.J. and Julia Ayoub. Mary graduated at Columbia High School. She was a ballerina and spent her summers in New York as a child. She loved butterflies and her passion was dogs but was a huge animal lover. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Mary is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Kelly of Irmo; son, Michael and his wife Donna Haynes of Leesville, and daughter, Julia and her husband Tommy Miller of Lexington. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Brandon and Nicole Kelly, Angela and Michael Bryant, Taylor and Ryan Haynes, Elizabeth and Travis Henderson and Megan and Chelsea Miller. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren, Trinity, Myriah, Cameron, Abigail and Mikey. She is also survived by her life-long friend and cousin, Ann Lyons. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 23rd, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia from 1:30 - 2:00PM with a Memorial Service to follow.
