Obituary of Brittany Decker

Brittany Decker, 24, of West Columbia, passed away May 18, 2015 at Richland Memorial Hospital after a long battle with cancer. She was born on August 12 1990 in Columbia, SC Brittany graduated from BC High School. She attended Midland Tech until she became too ill to attend. She loved children, her animals, and being with family and friends. A memorial Service will be held at 3 P.M. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home West Columbia Chapel. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Friday, May 22, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia. Brittany is survived by: her Mother, Patricia Decker of West Columbia, Brothers, Alvin Decker of Lexington, Britt Decker of West Columbia, Richie Taylor and Brandon Taylor both of Gaston. She was predeceased by her father, Alvin Decker. Brittany was loved and will truly be missed by everyone. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff on the Fifth and Eleventh floors at Richland Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion, as well as family and friends who helped Brittany through this difficult time.
