Obituary of Eunice I. Steffey

Eunice I. Steffey, 89, of Lexington wife of the late Harry Ward Steffey, Sr. passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015. She was born on September 22, 1925 to the late Dawson and Edna Stevens Craps. She retired from Textiles and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughters, Dianne Ott, Elaine Pozar and Barbara Lowman; a son, Dwight Steffey; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and her dog, Harry Potter. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by two sons, Harry Ward Steffey, Jr. and Jamie Steffey; two sisters and one brother. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at Fellowship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 4238 Augusta Road Lexington, SC 29073.
