Obituary of Shirley Ann Hobby

Shirley Ann Hobby passed away Sunday, November 5^th, peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones.

Shirley left behind her beloved husband of 53 years, Charles Hobby; one daughter, Natasha (Curtis); one grandson, Cody Kirton (Raigne); great grandchildren Jaxten, Gotham, and Bellamy Kirton; sister, Debbie Burton (Ronnie); brother, Steve Lee (MaryLou). She was proceeded in death by parents, Ernest and Mildred Lee; brothers, Robert Lee (Janie), Donnie Lee (Cathy), Carl Lee; sister, Betty Lee; and grandson, Steve Kirton (Sydney).

Shirley was born June 1st, 1948 in Columbia, SC. She worked at the State Hospital as a nursing assistant for many years and then for Sunbeam in her later years. She enjoyed her plants and flowers, trips on the motorcycle, the beach, watching QVC and cooking shows. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
