Obituary of Jennifer Lunsford Perry

Jennifer L. "Sissy" Perry, 70, of Lexington, SC passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023.  She was the daughter of the late Bill H. Smith and the late Peggy (Teeter) Bellamy. 

Originally from Southern Pines, NC, where she graduated from Pinecrest High School in 1971. She was the widow of Johnny Arlo Perry of West Columbia.  She worked for Choice Hotels as a manager for many years, and was very dedicated to her job.  She loved basketball, and always rooted for her favorite team, the North Carolina Tar Heels.

Jennifer leaves behind her son, Chris S. Lunsford; step-daughter, Tammy Perry Owens; grandchildren, Lillie Mae Chandler Sloan, Madison Moody, and Farria Hopkins; brothers, Alan Smith and Billy Smith; sister-in-law, Jodi Hancock; and nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother, Jeff Smith.

Services will be held at Saturday, November 4^th at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Rd. Lexington, SC 29073.
