Obituary of Blanche W. Bajer

Columbia, SC - In loving memory of our beloved mother, Blanche W. Bajer, who passed away peacefully on Friday, October 6, 2023. Known as "Nanny" to everyone. She was the wife of the late John M. Bajer, the love of her life.

Born in St. Matthews, SC to the late Walter and Mammie Lou Mitchell. Blanche was the owner-operator of Blanche's "Beauty" Salon until her retirement.

Survived by her children, Willie "Jeff" Crider, Jr., Charles "David" Crider, Cynthia "Cindy" Amick, Phyllis Johns (Howard), Marsha Crider. Loved by all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren. She is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Lee Mitchell, Weldon "Pete" Mitchell, and a sister Mary Lou Crider of St. Matthews, SC.

Blanche will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 3:30pm in the Mausoleum of Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Rd. Columbia, SC.
