Mae Francis Baldwin, daughter of the late Amos and Beatrice Bular. She was born on March 28, 1953, in Columbus, GA. Educated in the public schools of Muscogee County. In her adulthood she attended Columbus Medical School where she earned her nursing license. She worked as an LPN in Atlanta and Columbus, GA hospitals.

During the afternoon hours of Friday October 6, 2023, Mae Francis departed from her earthly life. Preceding her in death along with her parents are her son, Des Carter Reginald Baldwin; sister, Dorothy Dupree-Aroala; and brother, Robert Tolbert.

Mae Francis was a belove grandmother, great grandmother, mother, sister, and friend. She was kind and loving. She loved her family, and she loved life. She will be truly missed.

Left to cherish her loving memories are her beloved children: Belisher Baldwin of Anderson, SC, Ronald Baldwin of Columbus, GA, Melissa Baldwin of North Carolina, and Taniesha Baldwin of Columbia, SC; thirteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers: James Bular of Columbus, GA, Amos Bular of Alabama, Larry Bular of Atlanta, GA; sisters: Bernice Brooks of Columbia, SC, and Linda Bular of Columbus, GA.
